I would like to tell my story about my recent transaction with Paula McDaniel-Prudential Realty. On a scale of one to ten I would have to rate Paula and staff; Abbey and Shelly at a ten.  Professionalism and knowledge were portrayed throughout our recent sales transaction. The real story though, is a story of heartfelt giving and kindness..  It can be very lonely, and you can feel very vulnerable when moving to a new state.. Paula was always very kind and her positive nature was such a joy.  She was such a delight to be around. I believe that anyone company can sell a property.  I also believe that the people we deal with through the company humanize our experience.  People don’t always care, but Paula and her staff really does.  How refreshing that was.  It reminds me of a quote from John Maxwell “People do not care how much you know, until they know how much you care.” Paula, Abbey and Shelly, made my transition here so easy.  They are gentle and kind and very understanding.  I have moved all over but never had a reception as warm as this.  I commend Paula and her staff for everything they have done for us.  Buying the townhome was great, but words cannot express the tender loving care given.  If Paula, Abbey and Shelly are what the people in Chattanooga are like, then I feel blessed to live here among them.

I have some experience with Real Estate Agents and I was looking for someone different than the status quo. There were three Real estate Professionals I wanted to interview. I called all three and Paula was the only one that called me back personally. We met at her office and I could tell by talking to her that there was no need to talk to the others, that I had met the person that was going to sell my home. Paula gave me good advice. She told me the truth whether it was what I wanted to hear or not. Paula spent a lot of her time and her money marketing my home. Last year when my husband was offered a position at TVA- we were living in Naperville, IL. We knew that this was a good move for our family! One of the biggest blessings of our move has been meeting and becoming dear friends with Paula McDaniel. Paula McDaniel's name was who TVA referred us to.  Within days, she contacted us and we spoke about what we were interested in. Bill and I flew to Chattanooga to look for a new home for our family. We were staying at the Read House and when we arrived it was 11PM-needless to say, I was really hungry...we checked in and the front desk clerk said he had something for us- Bill and I looked at each other and assumed it was from TVA and then there was this beautiful cheese and fruit basket from Paula, welcoming us to Chattanooga. That was my first experience of Paula's true southern hospitality.  She worked tirelessly for our family to find the perfect place for us to live.  ; We laughed and had a great time those first four days - we saw every available home from White Oak Mt to Signal Mt.! Bill and I kept coming back to Hampton On The Lake in Ooltewah - we knew this is where God wanted us to raise our 5 children.  Although, there were many bumps in the road, the only constant through the whole process was having Paula as our realtor.  She has since become a dear friend and we are truly blessed to have her and her husband and mom in our life. Paula has never waivered on her integrity and her character is truly a testimony to God.
