Here's me in a nutshell....
Over the past 19 years, I have had the opportunity in researching, purchasing and selling real estate as a home owner and investor in Hawaii and Oregon with proven success. I first earned my Realtor Associate license in the State of Hawaii in 1989 where I was affiliated with Coldwell Banker McCormack Properties until June 2001.
I then took the opportunity to live in Europe to raise my two beautiful girls and pursue my passion of acquiring and selling European antiques and fine art. To be closer to my parents, I returned to my roots in beautiful Oregon in 2003 to resume my real estate career. These experiences have taught me invaluable lessons along the way and much about the art of negotiating, successful formulas and the importance of learning from every transaction no matter how large or small.
I have invested my family's hard earned capital over the years through many transactions and have enjoyed the process immensely. If you do your dream, life and success fall into place with winning results for everyone involved. Although many would say I've lived in the world's most beautiful places, I can wholeheartedly say I love the Eugene/Springfield area the most and enjoy all it has to offer more than anywhere I've ever been!.
I compete in doubles tennis as member of a USTA Team, and am an avid skier. My reputation speaks for itself and I invite you to call me for further questions and a personal interview via phone or over a cup of coffee.

Aloha Lager, Winner of the "Best of Show" at the Great Hawaiian Beer Tasting Festival, Island of Oahu two consecutive years. Concerts produced by The Maui Beer Company included Black Uhuru, The Wailing Souls, the Marley's and Jefferson Airplane.

Also, I have a high client return because of our outstanding marketing. I sell homes at the Seller's price and time frame. I always recommend reading Michael Corbett's "Ready, Set, Sold!" prior to placing a house on the open market.
