My USDA Rural Development Home Loan blog is a place where home buyers, real estate agents and even my competitors can go to get current information on financing through the USDA Guaranteed Rural Development program. I have been in the mortgage industry since 1991 and have owned a very successful mortgage brokerage firm which grew into a national wholesale mortgage company. I am a USDA Rural Home Loan and FHA mortgage loan specialist located in Tucson Arizona. The local media regularly calls upon me to comment on the current state of the mortgage industry, have written several mortgage related articles, and currently conduct educational seminars for Real Estate professionals.

I've been online since '93 and a provide bootcamps for mortgage loan originators and real estate professionals on how to effectively use the internet to grow a consistent business.
