I have been in the mortgage industry since 1991. I have owned a very successful mortgage brokerage firm which grew to be a very successful national wholesale mortgage company. I am an FHA mortgage loan specialist located in Oro Valley Arizona. Education is extremely important, so I spend a good amount of time providing education to the Real Estate community and have developed a highly sought after credit enhancement program for our borrowers and Real Estate partners. The local media regularly calls upon me to comment on the current state of the mortgage industry, have written several mortgage related articles, and currently conduct educational seminars for Real Estate professionals. I also provide mortgage and mortgage marketing advice to more than 1,000 loan originators across the country.
