I believe everyone has a natural inclination to want to grow their own food, to want to create their own natural beauty and to want to share that food and beauty with their community.
My passion for gardening can help sell your home, even if you have little or no interest in gardening. I have found creating a small organic garden or adding a couple of small trees to front of a yard or just accentuating the setting of your home can create interest and bring buyers.
I encourage my buyers to at least pursue gardening and I will give them all the help they wish. I start hundreds of plants every winter and share with my clients, neighbors and friends.
I help my home buyers learn to garden. I give them tips, resources and continual encouragement.
I serve my community by doing everything possible to build trust with my neighbors, trust with my coworkers and trust with the community as a whole. I dedicate my time to building relationships. I believe with all my heart serving my fellow man is the most productive thing I can do to bettering our world. My business partner Dorothy LaBar and I do our best to help people in the Lexington Kentucky community.
I spend my time building relationships. It is my goal to make my clients so outrageously happy that they will want to introduce me to at least two people they really care about.
I also find that I am much more successful helping people buy and sell homes when I am able to build relationships with very successful people. Dorothy LaBar is one of those people in the Rector Hayden family of realtors that I find super positive. She naturally cheers me on and I gain so much from that kind of positive feedback. Dorothy and I recently formed "The Jubilee Team."
Community is my Passion
Use this section to write about your specific areas of expertise. Do you specialize in first time buyers - listing high end homes - etc. Are there specific market area's that you specialize in? The more you write about your area's of expertise the more knowledgeable you'll sound to a potential buyer or seller
I was raised on an organic farm in North Idaho. I met my wife of 38 years at North Idaho College and we raised our children on a small organic farm in Woodinville Washington near Seattle. I also had the opportunity to teach for over 30 years as I farmed. As Lexington's Green Thumb Realtor Consultant I am blessed to be able to use my background to help clients gain an greater understanding of the value of gardening.
I am continually learning all I can to serve my clients electronically. I recently completed the e-pro certification course.
My wife Kathy and I relocated to Lexington Kentucky 16 months ago. We are so excited to be on a new adventure. Building relationships in our community is our first priorty. We were fortunate to purchase a home in the Gainesway subdivision and the sellers were gracious enough to accept a two week closing date. Knowing where we are settling gives us a sense of beginning to establish some roots. We have always lived near my workplace and had a huge garden. It is my goal to help buyers in Lexington find a home near their workplace and I am beginning to learn all I can about gardening in this microclimate.
I am passionate about caring for my community. I believe building strong, lasting lifelong relationships is what is brings joy and value to my life and the lives of the people of which I live, work, and play. I have experience the deep joy of celebrating life with friends, the deep sorrow of losing a beloved community member and the deep peace that comes in times of sorrow and joy knowing that there are family and friends in my community that care more about people than they do things.
As a first time homebuyer, my initial brush with realtors led me to believe "well, I guess this must be a necessary evil." When it became clear that our relationship with our current realtor wasn't working, my wife suggested we contact Paul.
From the beginning, he (Paul) made us feel very comfortable by not pressuring us to jump on this property or that property just to make a quick commission. In fact he was extremely patient as we dragged him from one place to the next as we continued to refine and redefine exactly what we were looking for, always encouraging us to take our time and not to offer unless "it really felt right."
When we finally found the right property, he had such a grasp of how to negotiate with the seller...we are very pleased with the price he ended up getting for us, and all the support he gave during the closing process. At all times we felt we were in very capable hands and never had cause to question any of his judgments. Peter
So in summary, we were delighted to work with Paul and are very happy with the property he found for us. Peter Poirier
When you start the process of buying a home the wisest decision you can make is to work with Paul Campbell as your exclusive home buyer’s consultant.
Buying my first home was much like my first flight in an airplane.Boarding the plane and taking off was filled with moments of anxiety. The flight was smooth with a few bumpy spots. The landing brought a flood of relief and great joy.
Paul Campbell as my exclusive home buyer’s consultant navigated my home buying flight with clarity and integrity.
Paul listened to my needs, was available on my schedule and navigated me through the process as a teacher and consultant.
I am especially pleased with the negotiation process. At the last moment an investor offered the seller more than I was willing to pay.Paul never wavered on my price and miraculously the seller agreed to my price.
