Claudia is President of our local MLS and has her GRI. She works mainly with residential and helps me with some of my deals.

I work mainly with farm and ranch but I have done commercial also. We come from a farming background in a small town in South Central Idaho, called Oakley. Our area of concentration is the Minidoka and Cassia Counties.

Our area hasn't seen the slump that other areas of the country have seen. There are businesses coming in and projections are for a continued growth.

Areas of Expertise

Coming from a farming background, I concentrate a lot of my attention to farm and ranch. I am familiar with soils, water issues, marketing, finance, and dealing with all the support segments of the agriculture industry. Right now we are putting a deal together in the which we will be able to parcel of some mountain property with a flowing stream the year around traversing through it. The property has had deer, elk, and upland game birds on it from time to time. The stream is popular for trout fishing. Snowmobilling, hiking, trail riding and even mountain climbing at the popular city of rocks is near by. The milner pond on the Snake River is only 25 miles to the north where water skiing, fishing and the anual boat regatta brings entertainment.

I am also connected with a large group of investors looking for great opportunities to invest. We also have a national network in addition to this one.
