Why I Chose Real Estate
My motivation for entering into real estate stems from my Experience in military service, specifically the 11 years service with the United States Army Recruiting Command. That experience caused me to realize how much I enjoy working with people; listening to thier needs, wants and desires and then making them reality. I had been a very successful M-1 Abrahms Tank Commander and Platoon Sergeant, Recruiter and Station Commander during my tenure with the U.S. Army. I did complete 22 years of service, retiring as a Master Sergeant. This success has followed me into the real estate profession by following my mission statement; To service clients as I would expect to be served. To communicate in a timely, consise manner. Maintain my fiduciary duty to my client and negotiate in thier best interest at all times.
