About Us
Partridge Hill Services, LLC is a privately owned company dedicated to providing the very best in Real Estate consulting, pre-listing inspections, home inspections, relocation inspections and Radon Gas consulting. Located in south-central Tennessee we service all of Middle Tennessee (the counties of Williamson, Rutherford, Bedford, Wilson, Lewis, Perry, Hickman, Maury, Marshall, Lawrence, Lincoln, Wayne, Giles, and Franklin). No home inspection, foundation or property inspection is too small or too large for our services. Our clients receive both a digital and bound hardcopy of our inspection reports as well as a 100-day $1,000.00 limited home warrantee. We are fully licensed and insured.
