Having over 7 years of real estate experience, I have helped hundreds of families with their real estate needs. The important thing that I learned is that everybodies needs are different and I must put myself in thier shoes to help them achieve their goal of buying or selling a home.

My expertise can help you buy the "typical home", FHA, VA, or Presale(built for you). My areas of specialty include cities; Greenville, Simpsonville, Greer, Spartanburg, Easley, Powdersville, Mauldin, Fountain Inn, Traveler's Rest, Taylors, Blue Ridge, Donaldson Area.

I worked onsite for 4 years with two major builders. They taught me contruction practices that help me assist my clients. I started in the lending realm learning about mortgages and different loan programs that fit different needs. Since then I have taken that knowledge and assisted my clients to show if they can qualify for the home of their needs. ALWAYS PUT THE CLIENTs interest FIRST, is my motto. I do this by constantly educating myself in the real estate market. I have taken "green" courses to learn how to find and be more knowlegable about energy saving building. I have a designation that only 4% of all REALTORS have attained. I AM a Certified Residential Specialist.

Sellers - my days on market are significantly less than the boards average and on average sell for over 6% more than the average agent. This means less hassle and more equity in your pocket.

I have developed special markting plans for builders. Putting a sign in the yard and praying that it sells just doesn't work any more.

I prefer to do a few things well like an expert instead of many things just satisfactory. Which would you prefer to operate on you? A Specialist or a Jack of all Trades?
