I came to Modoc County in 2004 from the Central Valley in California. I, like many others who come to Modoc County, was ready to escape the noise, pollution and overcrowding. I longed for a quiet, country lifestyle -- and in Modoc County, that is what I found.
Since I'm not a country girl by background, I certainly had some things to learn -- many of those lessons came in the form of experience. If you'd like to work with someone who understands how to transition to this area, I'm the one you want to work with. I'll be there for you every step of the way. Whether you're looking for an existing home, vacant land to hold or develop, a business that you'd like to run, I can guide you through the process.

Modoc County is a 4 season area. Our winters, rain and snow, usually being in October and are about 6 months long. If you are uncomfortable with the idea of driving in the snow, be sure to check weather reports and road conditions prior to coming into the area during that time. You can always give me a call and I'll let you know if there are any accessibility issues in the area.
