ROHAN Realty Associates - We are a full service real estate brokerage firm located in Delray Beach, Florida. We work with buyers, sellers, investors, landlords and renters of residential property throughout South Florida with specific concentration on the Palm Beach and Broward County areas.  As a Certified Distressed Property Expert® we specialize in Short Sales, a powerful and effective way to sell a home "short" of the balance due on the mortgage. A Short Sale allows us to sell a home at current market value, often eliminating any remaining balance due on the mortgage. We also provide property management services (Community Association Management) for individual condominium apartments, small Associations as well as large condominium communities containing thousands of units.

Perry is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, a Licensed Community Association Manager and has been a resident and property owner in South Florida for more than 30 years. He has received specialized training in short sales and has made a personal commitment to helping his clients successfully navigate the foreclosure maze and stablelize their lives with affordable and sustainable housing. Perry has been involved in more than $600 million worth of real estate sales during the past seven years. His background includes more than 20 years of experience with "Fortune 100" technology companies in sales and marketing capacities, and as a director of sales and marketing for several major home builders and real estate developers. He has an undergraduate degree (BA) in Marketing, a masters degree (MBA) in Business and is the father of two wonderful daughters who also live in South Florida.
