Heather has a BS degree in Environmental Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University, in part taken at The University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia. She has lived in Florida for eight years while practicing land development, environmental engineering and project management. She is very active in her community, volunteering her time to local schools and charities, and helping to educate others on important environmental topics.
