When you are investing in stocks, they say look around at the products you believe in, use everyday, etc. When it came to starting up a business, I used the same logic.
Sure, the stats on numerous real estate sites tout the value of virtual tours and importance of quality photography when listing a house -- especially in today's buyer's market. However, after going through the whole process of relocating from Virginia to Florida, my own experience with virtual tours was all I needed. Being out of state and having the ability to view literally hundreds of homes to find the ones that really were worth considering was absolutely INVALUABLE. Our house hunting trips were so much more productive because we could really target specific homes/neighborhoods and really maximize the effectiveness of our real estate agent's (and our) time on our trips down. Virtual tours are truly a win-win-win for home buyers, sellers, and agents alike!!
In 2007, I combined my passion for photography, 20+ years of business experience, lessons learned from my own homebuying experience lessons, and started a virtual tour business by becoming a certified Real Tour Vision dealer.
