Steven Manuel, RHI is the primary inspector of Coastal Property Inspection Inc.  Steven holds the highest membership category of the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors - Atlantic, and is a National Certificate Holder.  Steven Manuel is highly trained in both Commercial and Residential building inspection, including the National Building Code, energy efficiency, wood heat and indoor air quality.

Inspections
