I am a Commercial Real Estate Broker, specialized in selling, management, and leasing of retail shopping centers, office, and industrial property in Little Saigon and Orange County, CA since 1979.

About Us:

I am commercial broker based in Little Saigon, Orange County, California with over 30 years of diverse experience in commercial and residential brokerage, asset management, leasing, financing and consulting. I have served a wide range of US and Asian clientele. I began my real estate career as an agent in 1979 and subsequently as a broker-owner of one of the top Century 21 franchises in the early 1980s with over 50 agents.  I became a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in 1988 and formed my own commercial brokerage in 1989. I also earned numerous other designations, including the coveted Certified Property Manager (CPM), International Property Specialist (CIPS), Real Property Administrator (RPA), Graduate, Realtors Institute (GRI), and ePro. I am president of PacificMark Inc., a real estate brokerage, consulting and asset management company. I frequently travel to Vietnam to study the real estate activities in this one of the fastest growing markets in Asia.
