About Me:
I am the marketing specialist for CJ Realty Group, Inc. Cindy is the Broker/Owner and CJ Realty Group serves the Northern Virginia Metro area. As a member of her team I research the latest technologies, network and scour the internet to help showcase and promote her current listings. This ensures that Cindy's listings have the highest level of exposure and attract qualified buyers.
For relocation clients my role on Cindy's team is to make sure that they receive the latest information on communities of interest, have connections to local lenders and pre-screened listings delivered to their email on a regular basis. Our goal is to make sure that each client receives the information that is relevant to their specific needs and not a generic "packet" of information.
As a member of Cindy's new home team I coordinate with her builder contacts to process contracts, schedule contractors and track change orders for clients.
Having spent a number of years in the real estate business in the NY and NJ areas as well as my ecommerce technology, marketing and customer service background, working with Cindy's team is a perfect fit. Previous to joining Cindy's team full time I was a referral specialist with RE/MAX Allegiance and Long & Foster, Inc.
