I have over 30 years of professional experience working in numerous positions with clients, customers and patients. All of my jobs have assisted me in building skills that are valuable to both the seller and buyers when it comes to real estate matters. What sets me apart in the real estate industry is my passion and enthusiasm for what I do and my ability to follow though on my commitments. 

First and foremost, I view my clients as my employers. I work for the seller from the moment we meet and I walk into their homes to preview their property. I analyze the market trends, the sold and active comparables homes on the market, making the pricing recommendations, providing feedback on condition of the home and what needs to be done to prepare for the market and sale, listing the property, marketing the property, presenting the purchase contract, facilitating inspections, appraisal, problem solving and finally the closing.

For my customers, I am available to show them all properties that they are pre-qualified to view. I like to educate my customers in the difference of their pre-qualification price range and their mortgage poor price range. I think it is important that potential buyers make well informed decisions prior to purchasing. I assist all customers by responding to questions, offering information on inspections, tax exemptions, trends in the community, school information, etc. I work with them until closing.

On top of that, the marketing strategy that I can offer clients is the best. So, I should be your 1st Choice when searching for  some to assist you with one of your major purchase or sale of your life.   

First-time Home Buyers, Boomers/Seniors and Veterans.

I am a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). I work with folks over 55 to recognize changing needs, provide information and referrals as needed for preparation of moving, upgrading, and/or making homes handicapped accessible. Of course, baby boomers are much more active than some of our ancestors and are just beginning to enjoy life at 55. So, I can assist them in finding homes or communities that meet their lifestyle needs. Or perhaps that vacation home.

Additionally, I welcome first-time home buyers. I enjoy spending time with them to educate them on the process of buying a home, providing referrals as needed for inspectors, insurance companies, information on home owning and maintenance.

I love living in Central New York and have done so for many years. I have a wealth of knowledge of the area, the activities available that is particularly helpful for customers that are relocating to our area. It gives me a edge in matching a family's lifestyle with communities that may be a good fit. 

Also, I am a veteran. I have familiarity with the relocation issues surrounding the moves of military families. I do have a knowledge of VA loans and resources to assist with the purchase and relocation.
