About Us:

For most of my career, I have concentrated on helping buyers to realize their dream of a home purchase.  I am an Accredited Buyers Representative and take great pride in providing outstanding customer service when it comes to helping buyer clients find the right home.  From the preliminary search process to the closing, I am there every step of the way.  I provide the most up-to-date information on new and pre-owned communities in order to help my buyers find the best home.  Finally, I have earned a reputation for working hard to see that all of my clients receive the outstanding service they deserve. In a recent survey, my clients consistently rated me "excellent" in customer service. I take pride in exceeding expectations and giving my clients the quality service they deserve.

My areas of specialization include working with first-time buyers and buyers in all categories, including empty nesters looking to downsize, luxury homes, condos, and townhomes.  I am particularly adept at finding the right neighborhoods to show.  As a 20 year resident of Fayetteville, I am very knowledgeable about the area and what it has to offer.  I use the research skills I gained from over 25 years experience in testing, research, and evaluation at a local university to my clients' benefit.  If I don't know everything that you need to know, I will make it my business to find out.

 I just wanted to take the time (better late than never) to let you know what an enjoyable experience it was to have Pat on our side in buying our house in Cameron, NC.   Pat Heath was professional throughout the entire process from the moment we called her to even 3 weeks after the sale.  She explained in detail what we didn't understand, and made it a smooth transition for us.  She was detailed, kind and caring about our needs.  She was even thoughtful enough to bring her nephew to entertain our 3.5 yr old while we looked at the house!  We just wanted to take the time to give her LOTS of kudos for all she did for us without a single complaint!!!  I don't know if it's just her nature, her training from Keller Williams, or a combination of both - but she was GREAT!  We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a house in the Fayetteville area.
