Coldwell Banker is the largest real estate company in the world. We have referrals from all over the world. My office is small with only 35 or so agents. And, the training goes on every week. I am a sailor with much offshore experience who stopped in Florida. I used to own a yacht brokerage. I am a member of WCR, NAR, Palm Beach Board of Realtors and Armory Art Center, Norton Museum of Art, Palm Beach Photographic Center and, I think that does it.

I specialize in properties that are located in the Eastern part of the county. I live in a condo on the Island of Palm Beach. The area has much ot offer and as you can see above, I believe in taking advantage of as much as possible. I love listing houses but work mostly with condo and home buyers. This area also has a lot to offer in second homes and the condo market for retirees. The area I live in has shopping, grocery, theatre, beach, walking path and walking on the beach. We have boating, fishing and many reataurants of all kinds. So whatever fits your needs, is available.

Condo prices have dropped 15% to 20% in the past few years and the feeling is that there is a lot of pent up buyers demand out there which should stabilize houm prices. Things in Florida are not as bad as the media makes it sound. We are selling houses.
