Let me share with you a little bit about myself.
I have been selling real estate for 40 years and have enjoyed every minute. I started part-time when I was in university finishing my Busines Administration Degree. When I finished university I want into real estate full time with Royal Trust. I enjoyed selling until 1979 when I started my own company, Booker Realty. Over the next decade we expanded to 9 offices and over 100 agents throughout New Brusnwick. This experince gave me a great knowledge of the New Brunswick market and has served me well over the next few decades.
Today I concentrate all my effforts on the Fredericton market which I have aquired many dear and loyal clients. With the changing times I feel very comfortable in being able to help all my existing and new cliental aquire the real estate of their dreams, whether it be a home, business, cottage or land developement.
Real estate has helped me raise 4 children and see them all graduate from university, free of student loans, 2 in Business, 1 in Science and Dietics, and 1 in Arts/ Education. One of my Babies now lives in Ottawa, 1 in Toronto, 1 in British Columbia and one in Virginia, USA. I am truly proud of them. My 2 year old granddaughter is the apple of my eye and my 4 month old grandson is my biggest fan as he just smiles at me every time he sees me. I guess he just thinks I'm crazy!!!

Home ownership is the right of all Canadians. Therefore, I spent the last 40 years honing my skills and aquiring all the knowledge available so I could be the best informed real estate practioner I could. This now allows me to feel very comfortable dealing with sales in Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Recreation Properties, Developement Properties, Subdivisions, Lot sales and Land Package sales up to 10,000 acres.
Because Fredericton and surrounding area comprises of a population of only 70,000 and in fact it is a government city, it becomes wise if an agent can sell all types of properties. Yes, this certainly takes a lot more studying but it is extremely valuable in the end. I specialize primarily in Residential and Commercial real estate. I would say that 75% of my sales are residential and 20% commercial. I deal with seasoned professionals who buy up to $800,000 homes, buyers of $300,000 homes, and buyers of $80,000 mini-homes. Now what I have found in all my Billions of dollars of real estate sales that all these clients are beautiful people. I have been so blessed to have the opportunity to help enrich the lives of so many wonderful families. I can only hope I can continue for another 20 or 30 years.
