About Me:
I am 44 years of age, married to Joleen, and between us we have 2 sons, Ryan (19) , Patrick (16), and 1 daughter, Brooke (15). I have lived in Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, and the Thurston County area all of my life. My family enjoys football, basketball, baseball, walking and bike riding. This winter, we plan to take up skiing. We currently live in the Wilderness neighborhood of Olympia and our 3 children attend Olympia High School.
For fun, I coach football at Olympia High School.

I am a past President of the Thurston County Association of Realtors, Past President of South Puget Sound Habitat for Humanity, Past President of Capitol Leads Network. I currently hold board membership in my homeowners association, Habitiat, and I am the Chair of the Washington Realtors Legislative Steering Commitee.
My active Associate Brokers License, as issued by the State of Washington, is registered with Keller Williams Real Estate Olympia. I am a partner in ownership of this office. I have approximately 3 years of construction experience with an independent contractor, 6 years of marketing experience with the local Pepsi Cola distributor, and 13 years of full time real estate sales, marketing, contract, and negotiation experience. I own multiple single and multifamily investment properties. I have coordinated several successful land development projects. I have recently succeeded completing and selling my first self-managed construction project of a 2 single family homes and a small investment property.
