I offer certified home inspections through out the state of Ohio. General home inspections to thermal imaging, pest, well/septic, radon, mold, full, partial inspections we can do them all.

Phillips Inspection Services can provide a Certified Home Inspection in your central Ohio home that is of the up most quality and reliability, and integrity. We are here for you as a unbiased third party. We will do all that is possible to ensure you are fully aware of the present condition of your potential investment.

Phillips Inspection Services is a proud member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. Phillips Inspection Services will perform general home inspections anywhere within the state of Ohio. Our company will perform thermal imaging, pest inspections, gas line inspections, well and septic inspections, radon, and mold inspections, roof, structural, attic, crawlspace, electrical, HVAC inspections and much much more.

 I have been in and around the real estate business for over 10yrs and have built custom homes, prefabricated homes, apartments, and duplexes. I use all the latest tools and technologies when inspecting and use computer software with digital photos for report writing. My reports are complete and emailed within 24hrs of the inspection and often times much sooner. A hard copy will be hand delivered or mailed to you within a couple days of the inspection if requested. You can only expect the best when you choose my company.
