About Us:

I have been in the Real Estate business for the past 20 + years. I personally buy and sell poperty, investing in area neighborhoods and communities in and around Philadelphia. My passion is to help buyers and sellers with their home or investment properties, either to purchase or to sell. I believe enough in RE as an investment for myself and my family and wish to share and promote RE as an investment to my friends, family and clients.

I am a Certified Residential Specialist.I hold the CRS designation which is held by less that 5% of all realtors. I am a graduate of the PA Assoc of Realtors Institute GRI, National Assoc of Realtors (NAR). ePro Realtor - internet professional accreditation.

I specialize in helping buyers, sellers, investors and other clients such as attorneys, banks and institutions list and sell homes in Philadelphia and surrounding Pennsylvania suburbs, of Bucks Chester, Delaware and Montgomery Counties.

I am a member of BNI - Business Network International in King of Prussia. Also a proud Board member of the Delaware Valley Irish American Hall of Fame, Donegal Gaelic Football Club of Phila and the Four Provinces Football club (2007 NY Champions).

I am a coach of youth gaelic football in the Delaware Valley, also coaching kids in soccer and basketball through area leagues and the CYO program of Philadelphia.

I am married to my wife of 18 years Dee (McAllister) we have 4 interesting children, Tommy 16, Conor 14, Ronan 11 and a daughter Ciara 7.

MOVE UP BUYERS-I help move up buyers sell their house and buy another house with as little stress as possible.I am a Real Estate specialist and consultant. ome of my areas of expertise involve specializing in helping Seniors sell and move to senior living facilities and over 55 properties, including assisted living and nursing homes.

INVESTORS-I help Investors buy rental properties and in finding tenants. I have conducted many seminars in the investment category and am an advocate of purchasing real estate through a qualified self-directed IRA/401K as an investment. I have experience in 1031 Exchanges. I have experience in helping clients purchase and sell multi family properties,  apartment buildings, student housing, storage units, strip centers, industrial warehouse space and commercial properties of all kinds. The past 3 years I have been very involved in helping foreign investors in the purchase of Real Estate opportunities in the Pennsylvania area. 

SELLERS-My 27 Point Marketing Plan is essential and guaranteed to help you sel your home. I am skilled in helping sellers in Staging their homes and with minimum expense to the homeowner I can produce great results. I list the house on more than a dozen internet sites. I market the property to the top 200 agents in the specific area.

RENTERS. I can help you find rentals, or lease  properties with an option to buy.
