To Whom It May Concern...
I must describe our recent business transaction with Mr. Phuong Ha. Late last summer, my husband and I had sold our property in Nevada and we needed to find a new home in Oregon somewhere near our children and grandchildren. My wife and I met Phuong Ha almost 2 years ago when we were looking for our first house a couple of weeks after we got married. We were a little scared and knew little of the home buying process.

Phuong helped us through step by step. He was very reassuring and optimistic that we would find the right house. Being newlyweds we were tight on money and our budget was low. We did some research on the houses on the market that we could afford and found very little. We were afraid that we would have to settle for something that we didn't want.
