I had a client that had their home for sale by owner.  I went and talked to them and told them that I could sell there home.  I had a client that would love it.  They decided to give me a chance.  I took my client there and I sold the home that day.  Later the homeowner told me she was glad that I had offered and sold the home.  She was glad that I took care of everything and they did not have to worry about anything. I ran into The client that bought the home the other day at the gas station He told me that they love their new home and are looking for an investment prop now.  I am keeping an eye out for that prop now. Call me for great results!
