Rochelle LeCavalier, Managing Broker & Founding Partner,has over 15 years of successful residential real estate experience, which began as a Land Research & Feasibility Studies Manager at a civil engineering firm in Las Vegas, Nevada.

She continued her career in real estate serving in land development and new home sales, residential real estate and mortgage lending; all the while learning the various facets and workings of the business and winning multiple sales and performance awards. In 2005, LeCavalier relocated to Florida and formed the real estate team that would later become Pink Palm Properties.

LeCavalier holds a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix as well as the following prestigious designations: Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Investor Agent Specialist (CIAS), held by fewer than 2% of all Realtors and is an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) with the Institute for Real Estate Management.

A noted public speaker and sales trainer in real estate education and investor associations, LeCavalier has presented to thousands or people. LeCavalier pens a monthly real estate column in The Hollywood Gazette, has been published in various real estate publications, is an active blogger on the topic of real estate and has been quoted by Forever Young News, Le Soleil de la Floride and the Miami Herald.

Description Of Work: 
We used the services of Pink Palm Properties to sell our previous second home and buy a new one.  We also used them to buy several investment properties, they are property-managing the ones that we have bought and consulting us on our overall investment strategy.

We feel very comfortable to say that Shant Epremian and the Pink Palm Properties team of agents (we also work with his head-buyer-agent Dawn on certain deals and with Rochelle on property management) are the most professional outfit in Boca Raton (absolutely for sure) and maybe all of Florida.

We have done very well with our investments and have avoided many common pitfalls using the professional advice we were given by this team.  
 
They seem to know everything about real estate and warned us early on several occasions when we were about to do something that would probably come back to bite us!  That's the best part of dealing with the #1 in any field, really.  They know the business so well that they will save you time, effort, and money in the longrun every single time.  With the currency difference, we even made some money on the exchange with an exchange outfit they recommended.

The people at Pink Palm were not what I expected- and I am so grateful about that.

My husband and I have been considering buying investment property in Florida for quite some time now. We live in Montreal, Canada and have a condo in Boca Raton for family vacations in the winter.  The more we heard about buying in Florida, the better the idea seemed.  But whom to trust?? The more we read about buying real estate in Florida, the more concerned we were about being cheated (or worse).  In Canada the laws are very strict and real estate agents have to go to school for over a year to get a real estate license and they pay tens of thousands to practice every year.  Compared to the requirement that we are familiar with, Florida is kind of scary- like the Wild West. We read that the majority of agents in Florida don't work for a company, don't even do real estate full time, but have some other job and sell house on the side working from home. Not professional at all.

So, we set out to find a company we could trust.  We started with the internet and asking friends.  Amazing, we found Shant and the Pink Palm Properties company were going to hold a seminar in Montreal not far from our home in the following month!  We attended and Shant Epremian spoke at the event as did Donald Trump Jr. and Jaques Lepin (a very famous real estate figure in Canada).  This guy knows what he is talking about!  We said.  

So we made an appointment, and he gave us a thorough consultation advising us what we should do based on our own goals. We had an idea to buy certain things to invest and also use for the season and Shant gave us education about how it really works.  We felt very comfortable that we were getting the help of a real professional- like an advisor more so than like a salesman.

There is a whole team at the Pink Palm office and they seem to be in the office around the clock.  The staff is professional, quick and we could tell that they really do care about us as clients and as friends!
