Who We Are
When people compliment you time after time-take notice! What has been a natural part of you is bolded and highlighted. Smack! The door opens wide for possibilities beyond your wildest dreams. We know-that is exactly what happened to us.
As owners of a home furnishings store, we received high compliments on our display designs and vignettes time and time again. Convinced of our abilities, we closed the store and hit the road. Our desire to help people, coupled with our love of color and design, led us to an exciting enterprise - the world of professional Home Staging and Redesign.
We chose to receive our certification through Home Staging Resource. The training program is purported to be the most professional and comprehensive staging and redesign program available.
We are active members of the American Society of Home Stagers and ReDesigners.

What We Do
At Pizzazz for Places & Spaces, we know it is imperative to emotionally connect buyers with the home. The environment must engage their minds to imagine themselves living there - a cozy nook with cup and a book - or a cheerful space to entertain with grace.
The first fifteen seconds are critical to draw the buyer into the home. Then it's important for the home to feel warm and inviting, keeping their interest in the wonderful things about your house. When your home is professionally staged, you will have the satisfaction of knowing you have done absolutely everything possible to affect a quick sale of your most valuable commodity and sell for top dollar.
