| EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE | Andrew brings to First Team an extensive array of education, experience and professionalism rarely found in the real estate industry.
First, Andrew has earned several degrees including a BA in Finance, where he studied both corporate finance and real estate finance. Andrew has completed courses in Real Estate property development and financial modeling. Andrew went on to earn his Master of Science Degree in Management Science-Information Systems where he studied database design and implementation, computer simulation modeling, operations research, and statistics. At the same time, Andrew received his MBA in Marketing and Management. Andrew then went to Whittier Law School where he studied contracts, real property, torts and legal research.
Andrew applied his education in the corporate realm starting with a position in commission sales, and then became an Auditor and Financial Analyst for two large Orange County Corporations. Having excelled as an Analyst, Andrew accepted a position as National Transportation Manager with a multi-million dollar Japanese corporation. This paved the way to a position at a Consumer Electronics Corporation as the Corporate Director of Operations. In the mid 1990s, Andrew, along with his wife Veronica, started their own successful business selling computers and accessories, which they sold 3 years later.
Andrew is a Veteran of the United States Navy having proudly served aboard the USS Savannah, USS Arcadia and USS Samuel Gompers. Andrew was a Pilot Rescue Swimmer and Firefighter.
