About Pam

I've been selling real estate since 1992 and truly enjoy what I do.  I value relationships and helping people.  Honesty, integrity, professionalism and constantly learning more about my business through continued education are values that are important to me.  I respect my clients by providing consistent communication, follow through, being available, returning calls/emails in a timely fashion and focusing on my clients' needs.

I specialize in residential real estate working with both buyers and sellers.  Helping first time home buyers navigate through the maze of buying a home is very gratifying to me.   There are many details involved in purchasing a home and it is a pleasure for me to help buyers navigate through the process.  I use technology to communicate with my clients and respond quickly to their needs.   I find out as much about my clients as possible in order to serve their unique needs. 

I also specialize in working with sellers on the marketing and sales process.  In working with sellers, I develop a customized marketing plan for every property and seller I represent.  Each individual's situation is different and I develop a plan that meets their goals.
