I specialize in first time home buyers and REO/Foreclosure properties. I excell in working with buyers and finding great homes and great deals for them. I also work with sellers and enjoy getting their homes ready for the market and seeking out the right time and the right price to meet their needs. Every client has different needs and one of the most enjoyable parts of my job is sitting down with them and discovering their needs and what I can do to meet them. I am a firm believer in taking my client's needs and developing a plan for either buying a home or selling their home. I have found that by laying out a plan and sticking to it I can reduce my client's stress level and prepare them for smart stress-free negotiation and a smooth transaction. For the first time home buyer, it can be really daunting to take a huge step in buying a home with little direction and understanding of the process.
