Being an adjunct instructor of Real Estate in local community colleges, I have extensive understanding of Real Estate Market, especially our local markets.

Not only am I a professional appraiser, I have personally help over 300 licensees and at least 50 brokers in their pre licensing studies. I have help placed a number of my former students as agents and as loan originators.

In addition, I have a Appraiser Trainer program and together as a team under my direct supervision, we could submit an appraisal report within 24 hours after inspection.
