The National Average of listings taken that are actually sold is 65%- I've sold over 80% of the homes I've listed. I attribute my sales rate to my extensive Internet marketing and aggressive pricing strategies, as well as more traditional marketing techniques that maximize a property's exposure to potential buyers. In a 2006 study by the National Association of Realtors, 80% of buyers use the Internet to search for homes. To take full advantage of this, I post my listings to a number of National MLS's as well as our local Northwest Multiple Listing Service, public classified sites, and relocation services. I started my career as a "Buyers Agent" on a successful real estate team, and have extensive experience helping buyers find homes.
