Peggy Lyn, Co-Founder/Principal of the @SpeicherTeam, is an 11 time award-winning REALTOR® with RE/MAX Realty Centre, Inc. She draws from 30+ years of local Maryland expertise and more than 20 years of residential real estate experience. Raised in Howard County, MD, she lived in Anne Arundel County, and then, finally, relocated to Montgomery County. As a lifelong Maryland resident, she has extensive knowledge of the Washington Metropolitan Area and the Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan Area. Peggy Lyn is a member of the Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS® (GCAAR), the Maryland Association of REALTORS® (MAR), and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). She was Chairperson for the 2008 RE/MAX Children’s Miracle Network charity golf tournament in Laytonsville, MD.
She is also ranked in the top 3% of REALTORS®, nationwide, by Realty Alliance.
As one of ten children, Peggy Lyn enjoys family, gardening, cooking, fine wine, live music, and travel. She is married to Chris Speicher, a successful sales and marketing executive who recently decided to join Peggy Lyn and form the Speicher Team. They have an active 16 year old daughter who enjoys volunteering at Montgomery General Hospital and Children's National Medical Center, snowboarding, fencing, and drawing, writing, and baking. Her family includes Jasmine, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.
