Having served in industry and volunteer work in the construction, facility maintenance, and management for over 27 years, and with 12+ years of inspection experience and over 5500 homes inspected, we have an incredible amount of information to share with buyers, sellers and real estate professionals.  Furnishing helpful information is the basis of all we do, whether it is the specifics of the condition (good and bad) of the home, or recommendations for a course of action to remedy the deficient conditions. 

For instance, say your home has a wonderfully remodeled interior and you fell in love with it the second you stepped inside. Oh, the hardwoods are gorgeous, the paint selection is perfect, and the appliances are brand new.  But our survey of the home indicates it has an exterior siding which has been the subject of a class action lawsuit.  What to do?

First of all, we know what the siding is by looking for key indicators learned from hours of investigation and study.  We know if the siding is in good conditon or "failed._  Second, we know the details of the Lawsuits, why the siding has been a problem, and what factors determine "failed" siding.  And lastly, we know what to do about the problem, whether it should be sealed with special sealers and painted, replaced, or if it is in good conditon.  We can recommend repalcements as well as contractors--no need to call in a specialist, unless it is required by our insurance.

We use the website to store this information and make it available to the public.

While many inspectors are afraid to commit to recommendations, our experience gives us confidence to share what we have learned.  it helps that we have installed siding, painted siding, scraped siding, repalced siding, and inspected all kinds of siding.  We know what we are looking at and what to do about it.

Siding, roofing, rats, plumbing, electrical, we have done it all.

Best of all, we communicate in a friendly, factual way, helpful, but not hiding anything. In reality, no problem is not fixable.  It is a matter of knowing the problem exists, what to do about it, and what numbers are involved to cure.
