Real Estate is not just my job, it is my passion.  I have always loved Real Estate but when you are a wife of an active duty member, you don't stay in one place long enough to really get to know the area or make the right contacts so for 15 years, I worked as a Property Manager, renting homes and apartments.  I loved Property Management but I always wanted to get my sales license. 

When we came to Moody, I knew that this was my chance to finally get to do what I had always wanted to do.  So, I worked as a Property Manager for a while and familiarized myself with the area, made friends and got to know the who's who in the area.  Finally, I decided to take the class and get my license.

I love working with buyers, that is one of the better parts of the job.  Why?  I get to help them find a home, the home they have always dreamed of.  I enjoy gettting to know the family and finding out exactly what they are looking for.  I listen to what my clients have to say.  After all, this is not a purchase to take lightly, it is one of the most important investments many of us will make.  And for my military families, a purchase that will most likely have to be put back on the market in three or four years when again, they will receive those orders to PCS to another base.

 Many of my listings are usually near Moody, around the price range of $100K-$150K.  A price range that most of us can afford.  It is also in the range where a military member can afford the monthly payment, without going over the off-base housing allowance or at least not by much. 

It still amazes me that most buyers still do not realize is that one agent can show you all of the listings on the market.  There is no need to call every number on the sign, you are not going to get a better deal.  The most important thing to remember: Find an agent that is going to represent you, someone that you can relate to you and someone who really understands your goals and needs.  Why?  You are going to be working with this agent for weeks maybe months!  They are going to need to help you through this entire process.  Your agent should make you feel comfortable, she/he should be someone that you can trust.  They need to listen to your needs and desires.  They need to meet your schedule.  They need to be there to answer all of your questions (and there will be many) and be right by your side every step of the way through the buying process.

From the first time that Jeff and I spoke on the phone I knew my husband and I had found one of the most truly honest and decent people I have ever met. Coming from Texas on a military assignment we had very little knowledge about where to even begin looking for homes in Valdosta but Jeff guided us through every step of the process. He took into consideration every thing that we we're looking for in a home and worked diligently to find us our "dream home!" He dedicated not only countless hours of phone and e-mail time but from our first trip to Georgia to our closing Jeff was right there by our sides patiently answering all of our questions and showing us 20 homes in one day. When we finally decided on a home Jeff was able to get us every single thing that we asked for from the builder, going way above and beyond anything that we could have hoped for! After we met Pam we knew that we had met friends for life. We still call Jeff who is always available to answer any questions that have come up since moving in, and he never sounds as though we are troubling or bothering him but quite the opposite. He and Pam have been a Godsend and I don't think that we could have gotten through this process without them. Something that both my husband Dan and I expected to be an arduous and stressful process turned out to be a stress-free and very enjoyable experience thanks to the kindness, genuine caring and expertise of Jeff and Pam. We can't thank you both enough for all that you have done!!!!!

Buying a house in a place that we had never been to before made both of us very nervous but once we found Pam and Jeff it felt like a huge burden had been lifted.  They talked to us in depth about what we were looking for, our price range and our must haves in a home.  This saved a lot of time when my husband travelled down to look at houses and new subdivisions.  As I was unable to make the trip, they took plenty of photos and sent plans and called me for my input throughout the day.  They found us a fabulous lot on a new subdivision, we selected a floor plan and Pam looked after it from there on.  We really appreciated that they were always available to take our calls - I remember having a conversation with Pam early one morning while she was stood in her closted trying to decide what to wear for the day - that shows dedication to the job!
After such a wonderful building and buying experience we now think of Pam and Jeff as family and enjoy seeing them in our subdivision.

Our experience with Jeff and Pam was fantastic. They made us feel welcomed and helped us with anything we needed. If we had a question we knew we could call at anytime to get the answer. They really worked hard at trying to find the right house for us, kept us updated us every step of the way with the building process and sent us pictures everytime they stopped by to check on the house. We really can't say enough about Jeff and Pam and how much they helped us feel at home. We felt like they treated us like family and it really helped put our fears of being a first time homebuyer at ease.  When our son Markus was born we called Pam from the delivery room to let her know that he had arrived and that we were all doing fine!

For the first time in seven years of being in the Military we feel like we can finely say we are home. They work hard so that you don't have too. We know that we can still call them whenever we need them or just have a question even though our business in done. They are not only our realtor but our friends and family. When you move as much as we do it helps to have relationships as good as this one. We plan on giving them back our business when we move again as well but until then we will invite them into our home as much as we can to show that we feel the same towards them.
