My focus
I love working with two specific groups. I get excited about helping first-time homebuyers and helping them realize their dream of homeownership. Another project is finding investors for pre-foreclosed homes. I'm aware of several great potential buys on distressed property but need good, reliable investors who can potentially purchase these. I strongly recommend Paul McFadden as a mortgage broker. I successfully and happily worked with Paul this last Spring in buying a home.
