About Me
Hi, my name is Petra and I like to think that I'm one of the most dedicated and committed real estate agents in the nation.
I was born and raised in Bavaria, Germany, I moved to Lakeland, Florida with my two children after my husband received his military transfer to Ft. Benning, GA in 1993.
After my husband Jim's military retirement in 1995, I began to work as an Office Manager/Bookkeeper managing a portfolio worth over $11 million in Real Estate properties in Fort Worth, TX. After receiving my Real Estate Broker's license in 1999 I immediately became actively involved in the Florida Real Estate market with international clients servicing the West Coast and Central Florida region and has since been involved in the refinancing and sale of the portfolio in Texas netting for the investors millions of dollars in profits.
I am a member of the Florida Association of REALTORS®, the Lakeland Association of REALTORS® and I am also bilingual, speaking, reading & writing fluent German.
I enjoy the membership of the German-American Club of Lakeland, and am a great supporter of Education and the Arts. In my spare time I like to go camping with my family and two dogs, and I also love to watch football.
When it comes to my clients, I like to take care of them personally and always try to go the extra mile for them.

Thank you so much for all the help you gave me on the sale of my house and the purchase of my new home. Your suggestions on what to do to make the house more attractive to buyers obviously worked. I was really shocked when we got so many offers in the first few days. All of the offers came with different terms and down payments. It was great to have someone who help sort through all the jargon to pick the offer that was not only generous, but the safest option.
As I had heard that it could takes weeks for a house to sell, I was not mentally or otherwise prepared to move out as quickly as I ended up having to do. We were very satisfied with your service regarding the purchase and sale of our property in Venice, FL.
