About Us:

With a reputation built on providing Mortgage Solutions we are an industry leader in our local market.  We do all types of financing for manufactured homes, stick built homes up to 4 units, condos, modular and vacant land.  We specialize in self employed borrowers for owner occupied and investment properties.   Our company is FHA, RD and VA approved and has been for many years.  With many lenders to choose from we have a wide range of products available to our clients.  We even have lenders who finance spec homes and do construction loans with the owner as the builder!  We can also do commercial deals nationwide on anything from a marina to a hotel to a downtown gift shop. 

Blah blah blah, I know what you're thinking.  There are so many options for consumers to choose from.  I view our lenders and programs as tools to help my clients.  The reality is that what you are really buying into is me.  I'm sure there are many brokers and bankers that have just as many programs as AmeriFirst Mortgage Solutions, just like every Real Estate Broker in a region has the same availability to listing information.  What matters to clients is the level of service provided and the integrity of the induvidual and the company providing the service.

Areas of Expertise:

My career in finance began behind the scenes in the Post-Closing department where I cleaned up all of the messes made by the closer, processor and loan officer throughout the mortgage process.  I then worked my way backwords becoming a closer then a processor and finally landing on the sales side as a loan officer.  Starting at the end and working my way backwards taught me all the things not to do and enables me to do a quality job for my clients.  My background in the operations side of things makes financing with me a smooth transaction for all involved.  I personally handle all of my clients' transactions from prequalification all the way to funding.  No more getting passed around from one department to the next.  I view every client not as a commission to be earned but a referral to be earned!

I have the experience and patience to walk home buyers through the ever more complicated process of financing a home in today's market.  I have assisted many clients in completing purchases on bank owned properties and short sales.  These seem to be a growing percentage of the market these days and they take careful attention to detail in order to complete properly.

I've had many great experiences with clients.  The most recent one that sticks in my head is a client I just did a refinance for.  The underwriter needed one last bit of paperwork before funding.  The client dropped it off at my office after hours and after I had copied it I took it to his home to return it.  When I got there the client had prepared a gift bag for me with a bottle of champagne and some gourmet chocolates.  He was so thankful that I had gotten his loan done.  He confessed that he had actually spoken with two other lenders that turned him down before giving me a shot on the advice of a friend.  It was so great to hear thanks for a job well done.  So many times in this business we only hear the negative it's great to know we are appreciated for a job well done!
