About me.
I have been in the real estate industry for Eight years as an Associate Broker/Partner with the firm Danyliw & Associates in Littleton, Colorado. In 2005, I co-founded Ease Realty a nation real estate franchise. The focus today as it was in the beginning is to assist buyers and sellers through the home buying experience. Prior to becoming a REALTOR, I had a successful career in engineering where I managed at team of designers and set cost and pricing structures for manufacturing facilities across the northwest. As a top producer in my company, I continue to emphasize the use and development of technology to produce top results. In 2006, I began a three-year term serving on the Board of Directors for the Jefferson County Association of REALTORS and the Denver Area MLS Rules & Regulations Committee. In 2008, I began a three-year term serving on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Association of REALTORS.
As a second generation REALTOR, I feel I learned from the best. My father was and continues to be my mentor and I truly feel I have a significant leg up over many of my fellow agents.

Our managing broker is a past REALTOR association president and sits on the board of directors of the Colorado Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS. John is recognized as an expert in the arena of professional standards on local, state, and national levels.
