Dear Linda,

I just wanted to thank you again for the wonderful job you did staging the coop at 40 W 72nd Street. The owners were so thrilled that they were kidding around saying that the apt looked so beautiful they were reconsidering selling it and just staying. It was truly remarkable how cleaning up, eliminating some pieces, re-organizing and repositioning the furniture could make such a dramatic difference. Painting the apt and the few additions, which were so nominal in price, finished the job. I could not believe all this was accomplished in such a short time.

The apt went from looking small, drab and unappealing to spacious and lovely. The true test and bottom line was that I put it on the market and it sold in one week- considerably over asking price. I know it was your staging that did this. The sellers received over 5% more than they expected. They considered me a magician- and all I did was hire you.
