Bio
I first want to introduce myself and give you a brief summary on my background. My name is Ryan Hencke and I am a true Texan displaced to Washington. My background in the mortgage business started with Due Diligence and Compliance. I became an expert in the ins and outs of mortage loans and RESPA. After learning all I could in the due diligence business I decided to make a career change to pursue becoming a loan officer.
My first goal was to educate myself to ensure that my personal transactions in realestate were the correct ones.
My second goal is not to sale my clients, but consult them and educate them so they get the best loan program for thier realestate purchase. I believe that with the market changing directions consulting will be the future of our industry.

Another popular loan that clients like is the 1% percent pay option arm. I would only recommend this loan for investors or only for a short period of time.
I am not going to sit here write about how I am the best loan officer out there or claim that I have access to over 4,700 banks to get you the best loan program, because that's irrelevant. What matters is finding and giving clients what fits their needs either long term or short term. Most competitors offer the world but dont deliver and leave their clients unsatisfied. I practice honest and responsbile benefical lending.
