 I opened Port City Realty in 2001. Port City Realty now has 15 agents and has been the #1 real estate office in South Mobile County since 2004. We opened our second office in Gulf Shores, AL in 2009.  I am married and have three children and three grandchildren. I have lived on the Gulf Coast of Alabama most of my life. I also lived briefly in Michigan and Memphis, TN and lived several years in the Metro Atlanta area. I currently live on the water in Cypress Shores.

  I sell properties from Orange Beach, AL to the Mississippi Gulf Coast, but have four main areas of specialization. 

1. Investment Properties
I have worked with investors for years, have been listing foreclosure properties for the past 9 years. I am an approved HUD and Freddie Mac broker.  I keep a complete list of current foreclosure properties on www.PortCityRealty.com.

2. Homes on and near the water
I live on the water and opened Port City Realty, in the Dog River/Rabbit Creek area of Mobile in 2001. We opened our second office in Gulf Shores in 2009.  I keep a complete list of waterfront properties in the Gulf Coast Area on my website at www.PortCityRealty.com.

3. Condos
I am a member of the Mobile Historic Society Leadership Class of 2007. I enjoy selling condos in Baldwin County's Daphne, Fairhope, Foley, Gulf Shores & Orange Beach and on Mobile's waterfront and in it's downtown & midtown historic districts.

4. Internet Marketing 
I have some of the best websites in town. I earned my e-PRO designation back in 2002. I take every class I can on marketing, the internet and social networking. I go to NAR every year and then usually attend 2-4 other educational conferences. I apply what I learn every chance I get. My properties are advertised everywhere. My sellers and buyers are kept informed. I also have my CRB designation (Council of Real Estate Brokers) and so I am able to get great educational information from them through their webinars.
