We provide 2 to 4 hour home inspections with 20 to 50 page digital inspection reports with pictures. We provide a FREE Limited Home Warranty with all of our Buyer & Seller home inspections. We also provide FREE Carbon Monoxide Testing of all gas appliances with all of our home inspections. We are Certified & Insured. We are MAAR' Affiliates- (Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors).
