In 1984 I earned my NM real estate license and in 25+ years guided two real estate companies from start-up to successful businesses.  Developing office procedures and systems, working with associate brokers and clients has challenged, refined and sharpened my sales and executive skills.  Last year I made the change from ownership and day to day operations to working with my clients only.  It is what I truly love.  A client thrilled with their purchase or selling experience is my top priority.  Creating strong friendships with people locally, around the country and from all parts of life keep me in this business.  I love a challenge, creative solutions, working with other Realtors.  I love digging into market data, walking properties, staying informed of new technologies and continual learning.  I love change.
