Square One is a professional power washing company that performs residential and commercial work. Square One has the proper equipment and expertise to clean your home or commercial property. For our residential customers we can make your home look great for your outdoor enjoyment. If you are selling your home Square One can give your listing the curb appeal it needs to stand out in a tough real estate market. Square One uses a combination of the proper cleaning agents and low pressure to remove dirt, mold and mildew from your home. Square One takes care around painted surfaces such as deck railings and porch posts to aviod damage to the paint. We use cleaners and hot water to clean concrete driveways and sidewalks. Square One also has equipment that keeps wash water run off from entering the storm water system protecting the environment.
For our commercial customers Square One carries one million dollars in general liability insurance and workers comp. Square One use hot water at a minimum of 150 degrees to clean sidewalks. Hot water is essential for the removal of gum from sidewalks without risk of permanently damaging the concrete. Square One also has the capability to recycle water when cleaning concrete. Square One has participated in several regional power washing contracting events in the last two years. Square One also has current contracts with a national known property management company.
Square One is a mobile business that serves the Coweta, Fayette and surrounding county areas. Square One has worked as far north as Buckhead and as far south as Statesboro. Square One can also provide residential painting services.
