1. We have the capability of posting listings to our website so when a potential customer visits they will see your listings as featured properties. 

2. We also do virtual tours on all of our properties with at least 30 pictures.  With 90% of prospects now starting on the internet, can you afford not to have virtual tours of your REOs?

3.  Professional photography.  Our photos are taken by a professional with a SLR digital camera and wide angle lens that captures the whole room and all the light.  Don't settle for inferior images of your properties.

Broker Price Opinions / CMA.  We do a full analysis of the property and price recommendations based on factual market data for accurate on target pricing.  We set ourselves apart from our competition by using a proprietary database analysis of the MLS data.  We don't just click the CMA button in the MLS like our competition.
