About Us:
I am an interior designer with 15 years of experience in residential, commercial, and healthcare design. I have worked with custom home builders and model homes for the past 8 years. I was asked by a real estate company three years ago to consider home staging and I have loved it ever since. There is great satisfaction in applying staging techniques and decorating a home with existing client items and making it all look new. The transformation is inspiring and eye catching to new potential home buyers.
Areas of Expertise
When finding a home stager individuals must be diligent in researching credentials and work history. Because the television media has made this skill look easily learned many home stagers are uneducated decorators. It is even possible now to pay thousands of dollars and attend a three-day or one week seminar just to earn the title of home stager. And in comparison to a college degree sure it is cheaper but I believe it is at the cost to you the home seller. These individuals will even try to get you to redecorate or over stuff your rooms with furniture and accessories. My goal is to work with what you have and at little to no out of pocket expense. I am an interior designer with a degree in interior design and years of experience in space planning, finish coordination, and project management.
Staging Rate – Staging with existing furniture and $500.00 Flat Fee
accessories.
$250 NOW UPON STAGING COMPLETION AND $250 WHEN SOLD
(50% Deposit and balance only when home sells.)
Furniture plan for rental, purchasing $ 75.00 an hour
of accessories, installation of all items
including artwork. Budget for furniture and
accessories to be provided for approval.
(This is for vacant home needs.)
* Most stagers start at a fee of $750.00 regardless if your home sells or not. I believe the proof is in the pudding and if we are both invested in selling your home then you receive my full attention to make sure it happens.
