Currently working on my broker's license, you can rest assured when you reach out to me I will respond within 12 hours max. I don't get sick, take days off or take 1/2 days for any other activities. This is what I'm good at. I'm not a sculptor or musician (although I did take a swing at stand-up comedy in college). I am a good Realtor and I love it so I do it all the time. Oh, I was a contestant on Deal or No Deal hence my slogan "Don't gamble on your Realtor. DEAL with Amanda" and yes Howie is as nice in real life as on TV!

Areas of Expertise

Born and raised in Savannah I use my knowledge of the neighborhoods to benefit both buyers and sellers. The Islands (Wilmington, Talahi, Skidaway, Whitemarsh, Tybee, Oatland and Isle of Hope), Ardsley Park and the Historic District are absolutely my comfort zones. I am very familiar with the churches, schools, shopping, restaurants and general goings on in and around these areas.

Out of town buyers find me beneficial because not only am I a local but I have crafted my listening skills such that I won't waste their time showing them homes that clearly aren't what they are looking for. Having a 13 year old sister (yes I said 13, I know that's crazy), I am a great resource for schooling reports, dance/sport camps, community pools, etc. 90% of my out of town buyers become my friends (and I mean that). If you have friends or family and you want/need a Realtor who'll treat them like family. I'm your gal!
