Well, if someone needs "proof" that home staging works...it happened here folks! My husband and I listed our home three months ago without any action. I had been talking to Robyn Guinn about staging our home and thought we would give it a try. We received an unexpected call on a Wednesday afternoon to see the house early the next morning. I contacted Robyn, and without hesitation she staged a 3000 sq ft home in just one afternoon. The buyer/agent/clients were looking at three potential homes in our same neighborhood. Robyn Guinn has designed three of my homes.  It has been within budget, with unique items to give the homes that special flare. The first home a small ranch house in Central Phoenix, making a small home look spacious was the challenge.  With her ideas I sold the home within three weeks. The second home she did was a complete remodel of kitchen, bathrooms and great room.  It included travertine floors, new cabinets, a wine bar, new granite and fireplace facade.  It was a long project but I could have not done it without her.  My third home she has assisted with is located in Scottsdale, AZ. she created a beach theme for me.  Living in the middle of the desert and coming from California I have always loved the ocean.  The home was my perfect oasis.  She found pictures, accessories, towels, even silver shell napkin ring holders to make it just perfect. She has always been so creative in her choices again always keeping my budget in mind. sincerely Teresa  

Robyn,     I just wanted to say THANK YOU for all you have done for us. Our house looks perfect! I really enjoy how you took some of our old furniture and re-painted it and turn it into something completely different. I would have spent a great amount of money to get it in a store and I didn't really spend anything to change it and keep it. Some of these items that I would see in the store..... I would have no way of putting it in the house to make it all go together. You have a really strong way of making old things work really well and buying new stuff and making it all come together!  In just a few words about how we were wanting to decorate, you really knew what it was that we liked and made it all possible to have good quality things without spending a lot of money. Thank you for taking the time to give us some pointers on decorating going forward and helping us put our new home together. I get compliments every time I have guest on how beautiful the house is.
