Description
We are professionals who take an advisory role in the transaction, considering your current situation as well as your long term financial goals, before suggesting products or solutions.

About Us:

We are a locally run office of experienced professionals. We have teamed up with attorneys, CPA's and financial planners to make certain our clients get the best possible advice, and a consistent, team approach to meeting their needs.

Areas of Expertise:

We specialize in 2 areas.  The first is new homebuyers.  We have tremendous experience, and spend all the time necessary to educate our clients about what to do, and what to expect from the homebuying process.

The second is "borrowers with a story".  We can work with clients to get financing with their existing credit scores, or work together to improve their credit scores to get more favorable terms on their loans.  Give us a call, you won't be disappointed.

Testimonials:

“Bob helped me with my mortgage. During the process he proved to be a knowledgeable Professional who does the right thing. I am very impressed with his business and would recommend Bob to everyone.”  Kyle J, Stoneham

“Bob has served me, my family, and many of my clients at the highest degree of professionalism and ethics. In a buisness were many people don't understand how critical good professionalism and service is needed until they are hip deep in their real estate transaction, having Bob on my side and my clients has been a true value. It's an honor to do business with him.” Dan B, Foxboro

"Thank you so much for all the help with getting approval from the bank. I think everything went smoothly during the closing thanks to you, Jessica, Bob and Tricia. I keep hearing about horrible stories about trouble during closing and feel very fortunate that ours was a breeze."
