I am a Certified Staging Professional. I specialize in helping homeowners and Real Estate Professionals get a house in the best possible condition to appeal to the largest number of potential buyers. This will maximizeyour investment with minimal effort by selling the house faster. Home Staging is a process of decluttering, organizing, rearrangingand sometimes bringing in rental furniture and accessories to show off the assets of the house while downplaying the less appealing aspects.


Home Staging has two main types.They are vacant properties where everything is brought in and occupied properties where often many of the home-owner's own funiture and accessories can be used. I can provide a bid for Staging at no fee or a consultation that would provide you guidelines for preparing your home sale for a minimal fee.


I can also assist homeowners in making the best out of their existing home through redesign. Redesign is all about transforming your living space into something that you can really use. Often this can be done with your existing furnishings and accessories.
